Tonight at 6:30 pm, the British High Commissioner’s Residence on Trafalgar Road in Kingston will be hosting a Burns Night Supper that blends Scottish tradition with Caribbean warmth.
Scottish bagpipes will be playing many a tune and guests can feast on that great Scottish dish, Haggis.
The event is a must for those who appreciate a fine Scotch….or two.
There will be a performance by the Graeme Mackay Dance Band from Scotland.

Each year Burns Night takes place in January to celebrate the life and legacy of Scotland’s National Bard, Robert Burns, who was born on 25 January 1759.
It is an evening of good food, plenty of drink and friends who toast the memory of Robert Burns, one of Scotland’s finest poets.
Proceeds from the Burns Night Supper will go to support the Wortley Home. For Girls in Constant Spring which was established in 1918 and was extensively damaged by fire in 2015. The building was redesigned by architect Rivi Gardner.
