The long awaited sequel to 2018’s God of War was finally released yesterday (November 9).
The game continues the story of main character Kratos and his son, Atreus, as they continue their journey through the long winter in preparation for Ragnarök and the highly expected clash with Thor, the god of thunder. The game will feature 20-25 hours of gameplay – plus 20 more hours of side quests – and be the final instalment of the Norse storyline.
God of War: Ragnarök features new game mechanics and weapons which include: weapon signature moves, more shield uses, grappling hooks and the returning blade of chaos combat mechanics from older games and more interactions with Atreus.
The game is released for both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 and can be purchased online for US$70.
