Good Vybz Entertainment set to ignite local film scene

The local film scene is set to be ignited by Good Vybz with its highly anticipated inaugural Movie Night, featuring three electrifying short films.

The three short films are Everything Gone WrongThe L.O.V.E., and Trance. This must-see cinematic event takes place at Summit House, 16 Chelsea Avenue, Kingston starting on Friday, April 18 with two exclusive showings at 5:30pm and 8:00pm.

These dynamic films are the brainchild of visionary Director and Actor, Cornelius Grant—renowned for his creative prowess and recently featured in Bob Marley: One Love (2024). As writer, director, cinematographer, and editor, Grant masterfully brings these stories to life, delivering a unique and captivating cinematic experience.

According to him, “This event promises to be a groundbreaking cinematic experience, bringing together both fresh talent and well-known faces to create something truly unique. We’ve crafted three distinct films each with its own flavour: a gripping drama, an edge-of-your-seat thriller with a twist of suspense, and a thought-provoking story that will leave you reflecting long after the credits roll. Creating these films wasn’t an easy feat, but the passion and dedication behind them made it all worthwhile…”
