Today is a beautiful day for Jamaican footballer Damion Lowe, as it rings in his 30th birthday celebration.
Lowe was born on May 5, 1993 in Kingston, Jamaica. He is the son of former Jamaican international footballer Onandi Lowe.
Following in his father’s footsteps Lowe began playing football as teen for his high school Camperdown and Jamaican Club Harbour View FC.
In 2011, Lowe started attending the University of Hartford. While playing three seasons for the Hartford Hawks, Lowe was named to the America East All-Tournament Team in his first season and in his final year for the Hawks.
Lowe is a professional footballer who currently plays as a defender for Major League Soccer club Philadelphia Union as well as the Jamaica national team.
Throughout is professional career, Lowe has played for several clubs including Minnesota United, IK Star, Phoenix Rising and Inter Miami.
