Harper, Wilson and Lewis the toasts at the Supreme Ventures Invitational Bodybuilding championship

Sheldon Harper and Nicole Lewis walked away with the Men’s Physique and Women’s Bikini Fitness titles at the Supreme Ventures Invitational Bodybuilding championship on Saturday, November 23.

The event held at the Courtleigh Auditorium in New Kingston, St Andrew, was seen as an integral part of Jamaica’s growing fitness culture and instrumental in bringing the sport to a wider audience and further establishing its place within the local sports landscape.

Harper emerged victorious ahead of Shaquille Bowen and Dwayne Leslie in second and third place respectively. Andre McDonald, Ranile Moore, and Nicholas Williams completed the top six spots.

Nicole Lewis won the Women’s Bikini Fitness Open with Kenesha Spencer, second, and Oberlene Smith-Whyte finishing third.

Meanwhile, Bryana Johnson emerged victorious in Women’s Bikini Wellness ahead of Lissan Wallace and in the Classic Bodybuilding category, Kymani Kirby was tops ahead of Wendell Martin in second and Amunike Peddie in third.

The inaugural Supreme Ventures Jamaica Invitational Bodybuilding Championships marks a significant step forward in fostering a vibrant fitness community in Jamaica.

Chloleen Daley-Muschett, corporate communication and public relations manager at Supreme Ventures Limited, said they are extremely proud to have launched the event and witnessed such outstanding competition.

“This event is a testament to the incredible talent in Jamaica and we are excited about the future of bodybuilding in the country. We look forward to making this an annual event that continues to inspire and elevate athletes at all levels,” said Daley-Muschett.
