The 399-room new all-inclusive resort is the culmination of many months of hard work

The much recognised international hotel brand, Hilton has expanded its all-inclusive brand to the tiny Caribbean island of Curacao.

In fact, Hilton has continued its Caribbean all-inclusive expansion with its first-ever all-inclusive on the island of Curacao. It’s also a sign of the growing all-inclusive sector in Curacao, which now has a pair of AMR Collection properties and a Sandals on the way too.

The new Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao all-inclusive Resort in Curacao, is part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. Its opening is indicative of the surging interest in all-inclusive vacations in the wider Caribbean.

The 399-room resort property is situated near downtown Otrabanda and Punda in Willemstad. It is owned by Corendon Hotels and Resorts but managed by Corendon Curacao Holding.

The 399-room resort includes its own private beach, four pools, and outdoor activities like diving, beach volleyball and shuffleboard. This is in addition to nine distinct dining concepts, including specialty restaurants, a cigar and rum tasting lounge and pool and beach bars.

The pool scape includes six waterslides, including what the hotel bills as one of the most renowned waterslides in the Caribbean — the King Cobra. The property hosted a grand opening recently.

The resort’s General Manager, Biray Öğüt explains that, “the grand opening celebration is the culmination of many months of hard work and collaboration with city officials to bring Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao All-Inclusive Resort to life. It is incredibly rewarding to have the unwavering support of the community and our local leadership, and we want to thank them for helping to make this project possible.”

Growing all-inclusive resorts by Hilton

The Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao all-inclusive resort is the latest in a growing all-inclusive portfolio for Hilton, which has also opened new resorts in the region in the Dominican Republic and Mexico.

The growth in the Hilton’s all-inclusive brand has come as more and more travel companies enter the all-inclusive space, most notably Marriott, which recently debuted its All-Inclusive by Marriott collection in the Caribbean and Mexico.
