Holness on work visit in Washington, D.C.

Prime Minister Andrew Holness is set to depart the island this afternoon for a working visit to Washington, D.C, in the U.S.

According to a statement from the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM), Holness will perform undertake this working visit from Monday, December 4 to Thursday, December 7. The OPM did not specify the nature of the prime minister’s working visit.

Deputy prime minister national security minister, Dr Horace Chang, will assume responsibility for the Government in Holness’ absence.
