
Honey Bun Limited is today (August 27) advising the public of a precautionary recall of select batches of its popular cheese bread product.
The voluntary product recall, according to the Jamaican manufacturer, is being conducted due to potential foreign material contamination identified during internal checks.
“While no illnesses have been reported, we are acting out of an abundance of caution to ensure your safety,” noted Honey Bun.

“Honey Bun is advising anyone who has purchased Honey Bun Cheese Bread with the batch codes listed above not to consume them but return to the point of purchase for a full exchange.
“All other Honey Bun products, including cheese bread from unaffected batches, remain safe and are not part of this recall. The company is reiterating that quality and consumer safety remain its top priority,” the company added.
Honey Bun sincerely apologised for any inconvenience caused and thanked its customers for their continued trust.
