American retired professional wrestler Hulk Hogan performed his signature’shirt ripping’ move at the recent Republican National Convention (RNC) in Milwaukee, expressing his support for Donald Trump following a recent assassination attempt.
This event occurred during his speech at the last staging of the 2024 Republican National Convention on July 18.
Hogan was wearing a red ‘Trump/Vance 2024’ tank top underneath the ripped top.
During the 70-year-old’s address, he said: “When they took a shot at my hero when they tried to kill the next president of the United States of America…enough is enough… let Trumponami run wild again, let Trumpomania rule again, let Trumpomania make America great again!”

Hogan’s speech prompted cheers, as the audience shouted “USA!”
“With our leader up there, my hero, that gladiator, we’re gonna bring America back together,” he added.
Hogan endorses World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) despite a controversial past, including scandal racist language, and subsequent dismissal in 2015. Hogan had issued a public apology for his actions.
Many on social media take Hogan’s endorsement to mean he has rescinded his apology for his racist remarks.
In a Fox News interview posted on July 19, Hogan expressed that he had to show his support for Trump since he has the cure for those who do not believe Trump should be the next president of the United States.
“I thought, ‘I’m Dr. Hogan, I can fix Trump Derangement Syndrome.’ Donald Trump has so much love, and he cares so much about this country.
He cares so much about people. Trumpamania is the cure for Trump Derangement Syndrome. But I forgot to say it.”
Among the celebrities to speak at the four-day convention were Social Media Influencer Amber Rose, British actor turned political podcaster Russell Brand, and country singer Jason Aldean, among others.
