iCreate Limited has completed the 100 per cent acquisition of ordinary shares in Jamaican digital outdoor advertising company, Visual Vibe.com Limited.

The deal was closed on May 31, 2023. Only last week, Our Today reported that iCreate’s planned acquisition of Ideas Execution, a local of branding and trade marketing company fell through.

The junior market-listed iCreate had previously announced intention to acquire Ideas Execution will no longer proceed as planned. However, its acquisition of Visual Vibe has been accomplished within the time frame planned.

iCreate funded the sale from its recent rights issue last year, which was arranged by VM Wealth Management Limited.

The company advises that the acquisition fits squarely within its ‘Merger and Acquisition’ strategy towards building out its vision as the leader within the creative and digital economies in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean region.
