Portmore United continue to roll, dispatching the hapless Harbour View 4-1 in their Wray and Nephew Premier League match, while Montego Bay United beat Racing 3-1 in the feature encounter of the ninth round.

In the first of a double header at the Waterhouse Mini-Stadium on Monday, Portmore United fell behind early as Trayvone Reid gave Harbour View a 26th-minute lead. But Romeo Guthrie pulled Portmore levelled in the 35th minute.

But further late goals by Marques Reid (64th), Ramone Howell (89th) and Orlando Russell (90+1) completed the turnaround into an emphatic victory.

Portmore, with their fifth win from nine games, climbed into second spot on 18 points while Harbour View slipped a spot to 12th with eight points.

Leaders Montego Bay United maintained their four-point lead atop the table with a crucial 3-1 win over Racing United in what was a top-of-the-table clash. Jimoy Jones of Racing United scored an own goal in the 30th minute that gave Montego Bay the lead at Catherine Hall Sports Complex.

Jourdaine Fletcher then put the game to bed, scoring a double in the 33rd and 44th minutes for Montego Bay.

But Jones returned and made amends netting for Racing United in the 51st minute but that was not enough as Racing slumped to their first defeat.

Montego Bay United are on top with 22 points, while Racing slipped to third on 15 points.

In the Garden derby, Tivoli Gardens emerged 2-1 winners over Arnett Gardens in the late game on Monday at the Waterhouse Mini-Stadium. Tivoli Gardens, which ended with 10 men, jumped four places to sixth on 12 points while Arnett Gardens slipped a spot to ninth with nine points.

Danville Watson gave Tivoli a 45th-minute lead, but Shai Smith equalised for Arnett Gardens in the 53rd minute. With Anthony Nelson picking up a red card in the second half, Tivoli Gardens fought back for a famous win as Kimarley Smith found the clincher in stoppage time, scoring in the 90+1 minute.

Waterhouse were held to a 0-0 draw by Dunbeholden at home and slipped a spot to fifth on 12 points. Dunbeholden inched to eight points and up to 11th spot.

Champions Cavalier whipped Spanish Town Police FC 3-0 and jumped into fourth spot on 13 points.

Adrian Reid netted twice in the 47th and 78th minutes while Christopher Ainsworth scored in the 51st minute.

The promoted Spanish Town Police continue to struggle, suffering their seventh defeat from nine games and are rooted to the bottom of the league with two points.

The game between Chapelton Maroons and Molynes United at Turners Oval was postponed. Chapelton slipped to seventh with 10 points, while Molynes is second from bottom in 13th with 5 points.
