Integrity Commission submits investigation report and rulings to Parliament

The Integrity Commission says it has submitted an investigation report, an associated indicative ruling, and a full ruling of its director of corruption prosecution to parliament on Thursday, September 5.

It said a special report associated with the investigation report was also submitted.

The commission said the documents were received and signed for at parliament at 11:42 am.

“The associated indicative ruling, which is embodied in a second and separate letter, together with the full ruling of the director of corruption prosecution in the matter, as well as section 36(3) special report, were also similarly submitted. A USB flash drive, containing electronic PDF copies of all documentation submitted, was also conveyed for the attention of the clerk of the house,” the commission said.

It said it anticipates that the reports will be tabled in parliament soon.
