Kingston-based telecommunications provider IslandNet is waiving installation for the first 100 Home WiFi service sign-ups for the month of September.
The company says the decision is geared toward easing the burden on families to stay connected, particularly as the new academic year is well underway.
As students return to school this September, reliable internet has become just as essential as books and uniforms. With plans starting at only US$25 per month (GCT included), families can now access unlimited backup WiFi that ensures homework, online classes, and family entertainment continue without interruption.
“Parents already have so many back-to-school expenses to manage,” said Dianne Thompson, sales manager at IslandNet. “By removing the installation cost and keeping monthly fees affordable, IslandNet gives families peace of mind that schoolwork and daily life will not be disrupted by internet downtime.”
