This Wednesday (January 22), ATL Automotive will launch the all-new electric Porsche Macan and Tacan at the AC Marriott Hotel in New Kingston.
Porsche has stepped up its game and we are beginning to see a lot more of their hottest cars here in Jamaica.
Last year, Porsche delivered 310,718 vehicles worldwide.
There was a generation change for four out of the six model lines. These were the Panamera, Taycan, 911 and Macan.
The share of electrified sports cars increased from 22 to 27 per cent last year which bodes well for the German carmaker.
Speaking about the all-electric Macan, Detlev von Platen, member of the executive board for sales and marketing at Porsche AG said: “ This launch literally electrified us. I am therefore particularly pleased that more than 18,000 examples of the all-electric variant have already been delivered to customers in the past months.”
Last year, Porsche delivered 50,141 911s and 20,836 Taycans.
North America was once again Porsche’s largest sales region.
Porsche has always been about performance, elegance and class and so too was the Porsche Jamaica party held at its showroom in New Kingston at Christmas time.
