Iyata’s Organics Skin Care celebrated its official launch with great pomp and splendour at Bridget Sandals on March 19, marking a significant milestone for the brand and the skincare industry.

The event showcased Iyata’s Organics’ highly anticipated skincare line amid an ambience of sophistication and luxury. Guests were treated to an immersive experience, surrounded by the exquisitely designed garden oasis adorned with warm lights and vibrant colours.

Attendees were greeted with product sample gift bags containing Iyata’s Organics coconuts and mini bottles of Worthy Park Select Rum, allowing them to craft their cocktails. Curated gift bags featuring soap samples, benefit cards, and mini bottles of rum cream courtesy of event sponsors, Worthy Park Estate, added to the guests’ delight.

The highlight of the evening was the sensory presentation of Iyata’s Organics’ new soap line, beautifully showcased in custom-coloured acrylic boxes. Each soap was accompanied by samples, description of benefits, and captivating aromas, creating a truly immersive experience for guests.

Among the distinguished guests were Jonathan Buchanan, managing director of Bridget Sandals; and UNESCO expert and shadow minister for culture and creative industries, Dr Deborah Hickling; ‘Queen of Reggae’ Marcia Griffiths; and well-known lawyer Isat Buchanan, highlighted the significance of Iyata’s Organics’ authentic Jamaican roots and commitment to excellence.

CEO of Iyata’s Organics, Angiel Myers, expressed her vision for the brand’s future, outlining plans for expansion into clay face masks, exfoliating scrubs, and CBD-infused pain balms, all while maintaining a commitment to sustainability and organic ingredients.

The newly launched soap line features four distinctive versions: Verdure, Shine Your Light, Eternal Flame, and Rum Cream, developed in collaboration with Worthy Park. These products will be available at premiere outlets in Jamaica and The Bahamas, as well as online through the brand’s Instagram store and Amazon by May 2024.

With the official launch of its website scheduled for Friday, shoppers can look forward to a seamless and secure online purchasing experience.
