Jake’s, which started as a small family-owned restaurant located at Treasure Beach in St Elizabeth, 30 years later has grown into an offering with hotel rooms, oceanfront bungalows, cottages and villas.
The restaurant was opened by Sally Henzel in 1993 and she operated her business based on being supportive, and uplifting and with an “Eat what you grow, grow what you eat” mantra.
