Jamaica Producers Group (JPG) and Indies Pharma Jamaica have changed their auditors.

In the case of JPG, the change has been occasioned by the resignation of the previous auditors, KPMG.

Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) are the new auditors effective November 21. The appointment of PwC as the company’s auditors will be presented for a vote by shareholders at the next annual general meeting (AGM) in 2025.

In the meantime, Indies Pharma Jamaica is advising of the resignation of BDO as auditor of the company.

The resignation took effect on September 17. The board has announced the appointment of HLB Mair Russell as the company’s new auditor, effective September 17. 

This change of auditors will be presented at the next AGM in 2025 for shareholders to vote on the appointment.
