Jamaica Sotheby’s International Realty is continuing to rack up significant successes, landed both listings for Samsara Cliff Resort and Legends Resort.

The company has, in under a year, put together the, if not one of the, highest number of resort listings in Jamaica.

According to Julian Dixon, CEO of Jamaica Sotheby’s, the real estate firm has far exceeded expectations.

The world-renowned Samsara and Legends resorts are ‘sister’ hotels boasting the largest oceanfront deck on the west end, sitting on approximately 6.5 acres of land. The hotels are turn-key operations together totalling 119 hotel rooms offering guests convenience and exchange privileges, all while enjoying its beauty. The resorts also boast four featured restaurants offering local and international cuisines.

In November, Sotheby’s had been engaged by First Rock Capital to market and sell its properties at Hambani Estate. The firm was able to get an immediate sale on opening day.

Hambani Estates is a low density, multifamily development consisting of 12 single-family residences of 8,000+ square feet, priced at US$1.8-US$2 million each on its subdivided quarter-acre lot on Bamboo Avenue. A first such case.

“Jamaica Sotheby’s currently has over 100 listings which includes major resorts. In less than a year we have completed multimillion transactions, this is no easy feat, by any standard,” added Dixon.

In less than a year, Jamaica Sotheby’s has managed to accumulate a series of exclusive listings and a number of multimillion-dollar transactions.

Together the properties are priced at US$19,000,000.
