Jamaica’s ChatFlow inks partnership deal with Florida-based Think Magik Solutions

ChatFlow Limited, a Jamaica-made AI-powered customer engagement platform, has entered into a strategic referral partnership with Florida, USA-based Think Magik Solutions, LLC.

The partnership with the brand strategy and digital design agency headquartered in Boca Raton brings together brand experience and intelligent customer communication under a single ecosystem for shared clients.

According to the agreement, Think Magik will refer its health care, service, and e-commerce clients to ChatFlow for AI-powered customer engagement, including web chat, unified inbox, real-time sentiment analysis, predictive analytics, automated email, and voice AI. ChatFlow will handle all client onboarding, setup, and ongoing support directly, with Think Magik earning a recurring referral commission on each client that converts to a paid subscription.

The partnership addresses a growing gap in the market: businesses invest significantly in brand identity, visual design, and website development, but often lack intelligent systems to communicate with customers once those assets are live. Think Magik builds the brand. ChatFlow powers the customer experience inside it.

ChatFlow’s platform is SOC2 Type II certified and HIPAA compliant, making it particularly well-suited for Think Magik’s health care clients, who require secure, audit-trailed communication systems for patient engagement. The platform’s sentiment analysis engine provides real-time insight into customer satisfaction, scored on a 1–5 scale, replacing traditional survey-based feedback methods that typically see low response rates.

The partnership launches with a focus on the healthcare vertical, where Think Magik’s HealthPro brand development service is actively expanding. Think Magik clients will receive a 14-day, full-featured trial of ChatFlow’s platform with zero setup required on the client’s end. The partnership is expected to expand to additional verticals, including e-commerce, real estate, and professional services, based on client demand.
