“I am deeply saddened by the passing of former Premier Li Keqiang of China whom I had the distinction of meeting when I visited in 2019. Premier Li played an integral role in the strong development partnership now enjoyed by our two countries. I send my condolences to the government and people of China as they mourn the loss of a beloved leader and respected statesman.” – The Most Honourable Andrew Holness
