Jamaican artiste and indie label-owner (of $tony Official), ZAC JONE$, has achieved a remarkable milestone in his burgeoning career.
His talent, and unique sound have propelled him into the spotlight as the featured artiste in the Hennessy Henny White’s 25th anniversary campaign visuals. The campaign showcases ZAC JONE$ not only as a model but as the musical heart of this celebration, as his songs The Weed Song (featuring Jesse Royal) and Lonely were selected as the soundtrack for the campaign videos.
This limited-edition release is a tribute to the brand’s dedicated consumer base in the United States and the Caribbean, who have fervently championed Hennessy “Henny White”.
It is an homage to the global fandom and passionate community that has eagerly anticipated its debut in the United States. The bottle features a striking and previously unseen hacked logo that proudly adopts the beloved consumer moniker “Henny White”.
The Weed Song, a collaboration between ZAC JONE$ and the acclaimed reggae artist Jesse Royal, has already garnered significant attention for its captivating rhythms and meaningful lyrics. With production credits from three-time Grammy-nominated producer iotosh, this track has become an anthem for those who appreciate the beauty of Jamaica’s culture and its unique musical landscape.
ZAC JONE$’s song Lonely, another gem from the collaboration with iotosh, further demonstrates the artiste’s ability to create music that transcends borders and speaks to the hearts of diverse audiences. His music is a reflection of his roots in Jamaica while embracing a global appeal, making it the perfect soundtrack for Hennessy Henny White’s 25th anniversary campaign visuals.
Speaking about his involvement in the campaign, ZAC JONE$ said: “It was an amazing experience to be a part of. Hennessy is a brand I’ve admired for a long time and with Pure White being the Caribbean line and making its name largely in Jamaica, it’s really amazing to be able to connect the dots and to work with them on Pure White in particular. It’s also great to see music I made years ago be used as the soundtrack for the campaign. My goal is and has always been to make timeless music so it’s just another great indicator of the impact the music is having. I’m grateful and blessed for the opportunity.”
As ZAC JONE$ continues to rise to prominence, he continues to work on releasing tracks from his upcoming Treasure Beach EP, with Doe Care being the latest release. Up next is Truth Is, featuring the enchanting vocals of Sarah Couch. Truth Is is due by the end of November, with the full EP due out at the end of year.
