Jessie J had a frightening moment during her tour in China after hitting her head on the roof of a car, leaving her briefly fearing a serious neck injury.

The incident happened as the singer tried to squeeze into the back of an SUV, later sharing that she misjudged the space. A video posted online showed her being taken to the hospital for scans, where doctors confirmed she had not broken her neck, though she did suffer injuries to her neck and back.

Despite the scare, the 37-year-old quickly returned to rehearsals, determined to push through the discomfort as she continues her No Secrets tour.

The setback comes amid an already challenging period for Jessie J, who revealed a breast cancer diagnosis in 2025 and later faced complications following surgery, including a suspected blood clot.
