Jillian Michaels isn’t staying quiet.

The celebrity trainer is fiercely pushing back against the new Netflix documentary on The Biggest Loser, calling it a total misrepresentation, and she’s already preparing for a legal battle.

Michaels says she’s meeting today with high-profile attorney Bryan Freedman to explore her next steps, which could include lawsuits against Netflix, the documentary’s producer, fellow trainer Bob Harper, and Dr Robert Huizenga.

And she’s not stopping there. Jillian’s also calling out Brandon Riegg, the Netflix executive who greenlit the doc, noting he held a major role at NBC during the later seasons of The Biggest Loser. One of the documentary’s standout claims is that Jillian gave contestants caffeine pills, something she flatly denies.

“That’s completely false,” she says, adding that she has the evidence to prove it. In fact, Michaels says she has emails (some of which she shared in an Instagram post Tuesday) showing that caffeine was explicitly approved for use on the show, alongside substances like Ambien and smokeless tobacco, which she says she personally refused to use.

Michaels says the documentary is full of lies, and she intends to make sure those lies don’t go unanswered.
