Noted local financial analyst and long-time board chairman of pre-owned car company Jetcon Corporation, John Jackson, has retired from the board of directors.
He is joined by Christine Clarke-Doherty. They have both retired owing to the fact that they have reached the maximum age permitted by the company’s Articles of Association to hold a board seat.
The board has taken the opportunity to thank them for their years of service and wished them well for the future. In the meantime, three new additions have been made to the board.

They are Candice Carby, Heleen Francis and Justine Rector. They were recently appointed by majority vote at Jetcon’s annual general meeting.
On December 13, at a meeting of the board, Andrew B. Jackson was appointed executive chairman of the board. As a result of these changes, two board committees have been restructured.
The two committees have been structured as follows:
Finance/Audit: Heleen A Francis (chair), Candice Carby and Andrew Joel Jackson
Compensation: Garth McKenzie, Sean Jackson and Justine Rector.
