JPS single-phase issue affecting operation at Martha Brae Treatment Plant

Customers in sections of Trelawny, St James and St Ann, served by the Martha Brae Treatment Plant in Trelawny, are advised that the JPS single-phase issue is currently affecting operation at the facility.

The matter has been reported to the power service provider, and normal operation will resume as soon as the issue is resolved.

Areas likely to be affected include:

Trelawny

Falmouth, Falmouth Pier, Royalton Hotel, Rock, Cooper’s Pen, Granville, Green Park, Schawfield, Silver Sands, Duncan’s Bay, Carey Park, Stewart Castle, Salt Marsh, Davis Pen, Stonebrook Vista, Florence Hall Village, Coral Spring Village, Wiltshire, Hague, Hague Housing scheme, Daniel Town, Hammersmith, Bounty Hall and Retreat Heights.

St James

Greenwood, Rose Hall, Coral Gardens, Ironshore, Rhyne Park, Spot Valley, Cornwall, Mt Zion, Palmyra, Saigon, Barrett Town and Providence Heights.

St Ann

Discovery Bay, Bridgewater Heights, Primrose Hill, Lakeside Park, Hopewell Park, Old Folly, Fortland Road, Belle Aire and Mt Edgecombe Phase 4.
