KFC Jamaica is taking the in-store customer experience to the next level with the launch of its new, self-ordering kiosk platform, giving customers a faster, easier, and more convenient way to order and enjoy their favourite KFC meals, with the added perk of skipping the regular line in the process.

The new ordering platform, first teased during KFC Jamaica’s 50th birthday celebrations earlier this year, was launched on December 3 at KFC’s Springs Plaza location in St Andrew, with the platform set to roll-out in all 43 KFC locations islandwide in the coming weeks and months.

With the new kiosk service, customers can use the easy-to-navigate touchscreens to browse the full KFC menu, select and customise their meals, and order and pay independently at their own pace.

Payments can be made directly at the kiosk using a card, or the cash payment option is available at the counter after the customer has placed their order on the kiosk.

Either way, Kiosk customers have the benefit of skipping the regular line and proceeding to a dedicated cashier if making a cash payment or going straight to the counter to collect their orders.

This new Kiosk platform adds another layer of flexibility to the ordering journey, allowing customers to choose the approach that feels most comfortable to them.

“We are always looking ahead and investing in ways to enhance how our customers interact with the brand and enjoy their favourite meals. Kiosk ordering is another step in further modernising our restaurants and elevating the customer experience, and leveraging technology, all while enhancing the quality of our service,” explained Andrei Roper, marketing manager for KFC Jamaica.

As KFC Kiosk rollout continues islandwide, the company says it will have customer service ambassadors on hand to guide customers through the kiosk ordering process, answer any questions, and ensure a smooth experience.

Highlighting what the introduction means for customers, Roper added, “This is the next level of the KFC ordering experience. Customers want ease, speed, variety, flexibility and of course convenience, and the KFC Kiosk ordering platform provides exactly that. It allows them to interact with the brand in a modern, personalised way while still enjoying the same great KFC taste they know and love.”
