CEO of PROVEN Properties Aisha Campbell said the Kingston Gateway Commercial and Warehouse Complex project embodies innovation, partnership and progress.
Campbell outlined that this marks a pivotal moment for PROVEN Properties Limited, as it exemplifies opportunity and responsibility.
“At PROVEN Properties, our mandate has always been to deliver transformative real estate solutions across the Caribbean. Hence, as global trade evolves, so too must we,” she said.
Campbell also expressed that Jamaica’s strategic position as a gateway to the Americas, coupled with booming demand for efficient supply chains, presents an undeniable opportunity. “The logistics sector is the backbone of modern commerce. By entering this space, we are not just constructing warehouses. We are building gateways that connect businesses to regional and global markets,” she said.
She said that this project aligns with PROVEN Properties’ vision and greater responsibility to catalyse economic growth, create jobs and position Jamaica as the logistic hub of choice.
However, Campbell noted that vision without action remains a dream while emphasising that the journey to this day has been one of collaboration, resilience and strategic foresight.
“First, I must recognise our invaluable partners, SAJE Logistics Infrastructure Limited, Trevor Riley and the Sage team share our commitment to excellence, and together, we have blended PROVEN Properties’ expertise in commercial development with SAJE’s progress in modern infrastructure. A winning team.”
Campbell also expressed that this synergy led to the foundation of the Kingston Gateway Commercial and Warehouse Complex but highlighted that the road to this project was not without challenge.
“From SAJE’s securing this prime land on Marcus Garvey Drive to navigating global supply chain disruptions, which are still taking place, our team’s dedication ensured that we stayed the course. With a US$13 million investment, funded in part by our potential partners First Global Bank, we are proud to transform just under four acres into a state-of-the-art logistics complex.
“The Kingston Gateway Commercial and Warehouse Complex will comprise 21 modern warehouses offering 112,000 square feet of rentable space designed to meet global standards. Each unit will feature two floors, a ground and a mezzanine, with dedicated storage,” Campbell continued.

17 of the 21 units will have loading docks, and all units will have provisions for solar installation and rooftop potable water storage, fire detection and alarm systems and dedicated parking.
Beyond the units, this gated and secured facility includes a standby generator for all the units and the common areas, centralised fire monitoring, CCTV coverage of the entire facility and 128 parking bays, Campbell added.
What sets the hub apart is its strategic location; it is nestled between downtown Kingston and Newport West, with seamless access to Port Bustamante, Spanish Town, the Portmore Toll Road, Kingston Wharves, Kingston Freeport Terminal and Tinson Penn Aerodrome, ensuring that businesses can streamline their operations, reduce costs and accelerate delivery times.
“This is an infrastructure designed to optimise supply chains and empower enterprises to compete globally. I am reminded of the words of our sage partner, Mr Trevor Riley: modern infrastructure is the bedrock of progress. Today, block by block, we lay that bedrock. As we lay blocks today, we do more than build warehouses. We ignite economic potential; we create opportunities, and in 2025, PROVEN Properties is prepared to elevate our people, process and product by advancing our commitment to excellence in every facet of our work. Let us prove once again that Jamaica is ready to lead,” Campbell added.
