Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited (KHL), formerly iCreate continues its expansion through an acquisition strategy and is going into the manufacturing business with the launch of a new joint venture ice-making company, Sevens Ice.
Fresh from acquiring and buying into four companies last two years, KHL has now entered into a joint venture partnership with Seven Kingston Limited, owners of Seven Ultra Lounge & Restaurant to launch Sevens Ice. To this extent, KHL has made an investment in excess of US$300,000 in acquiring an associate stake in Seven Ultra Lounge & Restaurant and also establishing the start-up ice venture.
This initiative addresses Jamaica’s growing demand for high-quality ice with operations set to begin in the first quarter of this year. Sevens Ice has acquired a cold storage facility to manage its start-up capacity and is exploring the importation of ice to bridge the gap between demand and supply, ensuring a consistent and reliable market presence.

Distribution centres being established
Sevens Ice has secured a distribution point in Kingston and is in the process of setting up another in St. Catherine to serve the western and central parts of the island. This expansion will ensure broader market coverage and improve accessibility for customers in those regions.
The venture has secured supply agreements with major restaurants and event organizers and has already established strong relationships with a number of prominent events and dining establishments, ensuring robust market demand. The partnership has also opened up a new market for KHL and Seven Kingston Limited, expanding their portfolio into manufacturing and distribution.
Nicole Masters has been appointed General Manager to lead Sevens Ice and oversee operations at Seven Ultra Lounge, which is currently undergoing refurbishment. With over 16 years of experience in Marketing and Sales, Masters has successfully led initiatives that increased sales, expanded product offerings, and strengthened market presence.
Her extensive background also includes roles at Coldfield Manufacturing, where she worked with brands like Big Jo Box Drinks and Pure Country Juices. These experiences have equipped her with deep expertise in the food and beverage industry, making her an exceptional leader for this venture.
Company principals exited at the partnership
