The highly anticipated Sandz X Caribbean Music Festival is set to bring the vibrant sounds of dancehall to Toronto, Canada, at the Milton Fairgrounds on July 6.

Featuring electrifying performances by popular dancehall recording artistes Kraff and Skeng, this event promises to be an unforgettable experience for music lovers.

Kraff, recognized for hits such as ‘CalmC’, ‘Rum Behavior’, ‘White Rum’, and ‘100 Watt’, will be sharing the stage with Skeng, famous for tracks like ‘Gvnman Shift’, ‘Eediattt’, ‘London’, and ‘23’.

Both artistes collaborated on the song ‘Shottaz’ in 2023 and are expected to deliver a dynamic performance that will captivate the audience.

Carlton Davy, director of Twenty 14 Limited, the curators of Sandz Caribbean Music Festival, expressed his enthusiasm for the event.

“Both artistes have strong fan bases in Canada, so I have no doubt that they will be well received by the patrons. We want to be able to take the Jamaican experience to them, and adding these acts is the icing on the cake. We have brought our A-game to the last four events and look forward to continuing to grow. We have taken what was a small party in Jamaica and, over the last decade, made it into the largest export of this nature,” he said.

Sandz X has seen remarkable success in 2024, with recent stagings in Jamaica on January 1 at Stadium East, Kingston, and April 1 at Plantation Cove, St. Ann; in Florida on May 27; and in New York on June 8.

Each event has drawn massive crowds, solidifying Sandz X as a premier Caribbean music festival.

Adding to the excitement, Carlton Davy has announced the launch of Sandz Vacation: Thailand.

This unique offering will feature an 8-day, 7-night adventure filled with parties and cultural experiences, capitalizing on the recent news that Jamaicans no longer need a visa to travel to Thailand.

The Twenty 14 Limited team headed by Andrew Ellis is excited as the festival’s international journey continues with the Toronto event and will return to Jamaica on Emancipation Day, August 1, at Shazz Grounds, St Ann.

The year will conclude with a grand event on October 20 in St Elizabeth, Jamaica, a new market added due to popular demand.
