Parent company, Kintyre Holdings (JA), has implemented leadership changes at its subsidiary, Visual Vibe, with its founder, Tyrone Wilson, relinquishing his chairmanship to focus more extensively on his responsibilities at the parent company, where he is also Chairman and CEO.

Wilson is concentrating on continuing to lead Kintyre Holding’s strategic expansion of the investment holding company and its portfolio of businesses. In the meantime, Donovan White has been appointed Chairman of Visual Vibe, effective immediately.

White brings more than two decades of leadership experience across telecommunications, media and advertising. His previous roles include Vice President of Cable & Wireless Business in Jamaica and Vice President of Marketing, Sales & Media Services at Columbus Communications (FLOW), as well as Marketing Director at Digicel for Jamaica, Guyana and the Northern OECS.

New CEO for Visual Vibe

Visual Vibe intends to appoint a new CEO within the next three to six months as part of its efforts to further strengthen executive leadership to replace Wilson, who currently also serves as CEO of the entity. Tristan Williams has been appointed Commercial Director of Visual Vibe and brings to the company over a decade of experience in marketing and communications strategy, including work across multinational companies, government agencies and regional organisations.

These management changes form part of Kintyre Holding’s strategy to strengthen governance, expand the subsidiary’s commercial capabilities and position the business for its next phase of growth, including preparations for a potential initial public offering (IPO) within the next 12–24 months, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals.

This is in addition to the development of new partnerships and additional advertising formats, while positioning the business for potential participation in the public capital markets.
