Senior executives, strategists, and decision-makers are set to gather for a high-impact leadership event titled ‘Executive Circle’, being hosted by Return on Investment Consulting Limited (ROIC) Limited in partnership with global software company Cascade.

The forum, under the theme, ‘From Strategy to Execution: How the C-Suite Builds for Long Term Performance’, is set to take place on Thursday, September 25, 2025. Registration is 7:00 am and the conversations will begin at 8:00 am.

Moderating the event will be renowned financial journalist and author of the financial workbook On a Money Mission‘, Kalilah Reynolds, who will guide engaging discussions spanning technology, strategic systems and the transformational leadership required to enhance organisational performance and legacy-building.

Dwaine Forbes, CEO of Return On Investment Consulting (ROIC) Limited, emphasised the significance of this forum: “Every great leader is an architect—designing bold strategies, aligning organisations, and mobilising teams to win. This forum is designed to challenge executives to move beyond ‘budget planning’ toward market-defining choices that drive high performance today and secure legacies for tomorrow.”

Forbes also noted that the forum will help clarify the distinction between strategy and planning, highlighting the critical role systems play in supporting execution. “Companies must recognise early warning signs—those ‘red flags’ that show when they have a plan, but not a strategy. Executives must be held accountable not just for planning, but for execution and measurable results,” he added.
