

Mailpac is turning up the heat this summer with the launch of its Delivering Exceptional campaign—the first in a series of promotions aimed at rewarding loyal customers and rebuilding deep emotional trust with the Jamaican public.
The kickoff activation, #DadDelivers, celebrates and honours fathers who consistently deliver for their families.
At its core, Delivering Exceptional is about pursuing excellence in how we serve, how we show up, and how we impact the lives of others. It’s about recognising everyday heroes who deliver love, leadership, and joy to their families and communities.

The campaign started on Father’s Day by gifting three Jamaican fathers with the ultimate Father’s Day surprise: a premium barbecue grill and more, delivered straight to their homes, just in time for the summer season.

Dad Delivers kicks off a broader Summer of Fun campaign from Mailpac, designed to re-energise the brand’s connection with its customers. After a period of shifting customer behaviours, Mailpac is doubling down on its promise to be the most trusted delivery partner for Jamaican shoppers.
