Also effective November 15 were changes at the Board of Ultra Financier Limited. Director, Kadeen Mairs resigned as Chairman with KC Scott appointed to succeed him as Chairman. The vacant role of Vice-Chairman has been filled by Reid, effective November 15, 2024.

Dolla Financial is emphasizing that these changes are not related to any disagreements or issues impacting on its ability to execute its delegated duties or the functions of Board members highlighting that they will continue to serve in their new capacities.

The company has taken the opportunity to congratulate Scott on his appointment as Chairman of both Dolla and Ultra. His leadership and expertise are expected to further strengthen governance and strategic direction for the Company and its subsidiary.
