Malta recently partnered with Professional Football Jamaica Limited to launch the “Kickin’ Cuisine To Fuel Your Game” event, a cooking programme held at The Summit in Kingston last Saturday (June 29).
As part of the Malta Sparks campaign, the initiative aimed to develop the tactical, nutritional, holistic, and psychological skills of under-seventeen footballers from the prominent leagues including Arnett Gardens, Waterhouse, Portmore United, and Harbour View under the PFJL League’s Elite Development programme.
The event offered sports nutrition tips from Rohan Francis. It featured an interactive ‘Malta Shake and Go,’ a meal preparation segment by Chef Asia Thomas and a dance-off and trivia competition.
