Jamaican-owned and traded regional technology group, PBS is announcing two executive changes in the appointment of Eduardo Rodríguez as Group Chief Financial Officer and the boardroom departure of Mrs. Blondell Walker, who has decided to step down.

Rodríguez has also been appointed a member of Board of Directors, effective June 8th, 2026, while Mrs. Walker remains at parent company Musson Group of Companies, where she will continue supporting the wider group and driving its shared vision forward.

Rodríguez will lead and oversee the PBS’ financial strategy, capital allocation, and financial governance across all existing and future PBS affiliates within the Americas and the Caribbean. His arrival marks a significant milestone for PBS, reflecting both the company’s regional ambition and the high caliber of leadership it continues to attract.

Proven credentials for Rodríguez

In this role, Rodríguez will drive financial execution behind PBS’ growth strategy; optimising working capital, deploying cash into high-yield initiatives, and ensuring every investment, including those in technology, strengthens margins and elevates the client experience. A proven track record in global technology, Rodríguez joins PBS Group following a distinguished 22-year career at Xerox Corporation.

Most recently, he served as CFO of Global Operations and Transformation, and previously as CFO of Global Print, where he successfully managed a $7 billion P&L. Throughout his tenure, Rodríguez has built a reputation for disciplined capital allocation, leading large-scale corporate transformations, and driving market growth while maintaining rigorous operational focus.

An alumnus of the Wharton CFO Program with a Master’s degree in Economics from the University at Buffalo, Rodríguez pairs advanced risk management with a sharp focus on growth. He looks beyond traditional metrics, ensuring that every financial decision strengthens the company’s ability to scale, serve its clients, and compete effectively across its markets.

“Eduardo is exactly the financial leader PBS needs at this stage of our growth,” explains Group CEO, Pedro Paris, who says Rodríguez, “combines sharp commercial judgment with real financial discipline and the executive leadership to bring teams with him. Having him on board strengthens how we invest, how we grow, and how we serve our customers and partners.“

“I’m proud to join PBS Group at such an important moment in its journey,ˮ replies Rodriguez saying, “my focus will be on disciplined capital allocation that translates the companyʼs inherent financial strength into lasting, sustainable growth.“

Blondell Walker

Heartfelt gratitude to Blondell Walker

In a tribute to Mrs Walker, Musson’s Chairman, P.B. Scott comments, “as we look forward to the next chapter of our organisation, we pause to honour, celebrate, and express our profound gratitude to an extraordinary leader who has been a pillar of our growth and corporate excellence.

Mrs Walker’s legacy across the organisation spans over two decades of unmatched dedication. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the entire PBS Group family, we convey our deepest appreciation to Mrs Walker for her brilliant service, her tireless devotion, and the timeless legacy she leaves behind.”

The board “wishes her nothing but the absolute best in her future endeavours. Please join us in extending our warmest regards and highest respect for her contribution to the PBS Group.”
