Management changes at tTech Limited

tTech Limited has confirmed a number of management changes at the information technology company including the resignation of Marsha Bucknor, who held the positions of sales and marketing manager and company secretary.

Her resignation took effect on December 13, 2024. In addition, Hortense Gregory-Nelson, the company’s finance and administrative manager has also resigned, effective December 31, 2024.

The board of directors and management of tTech Limited express its gratitude to Bucknor and Gregory-Nelson for their invaluable contributions to the company during their tenure and wish them success in their future endeavours.

Organisational changes

In light of Bucknor’s resignation, tTech CEO Kevin Gordon will assume direct responsibility for the Sales and Marketing portfolio until further notice. In addition, Lesley Cousins has been appointed as the company secretary, effective December 14, 2024. 

“Mrs Cousins brings extensive knowledge of tTech to her role as she has worked as an executive of the company for several years. We look forward to her contribution to this important role,” the company said.

Also, Rob Mayo-Smith, the company’s chief operating officer, will assume direct responsibility for the finance and administrative portfolio until further notice. Mayo-Smith is a chartered accountant with considerable experience as an executive in managed IT services and telecommunications companies and has been working closely with the finance and administration team since joining tTech in July 2024.

Executive chairman Edward Alexander says, “The company remains committed to ensuring continuity and maintaining its strategic focus during this transition period.
