Twenty-three-year Jowayne Williams, otherwise called ‘Dangles,’ a farmer of Pike district, Christiana, Manchester, has been charged following an incident in Big Wood, Craighead district, Manchester, in July.
He has been charged with two counts of murder, possession of prohibited weapon, unauthorised possession of ammunition, wounding with intent, and using a firearm to commit a felony.
Reports from the Mandeville police are that at about 10:10 pm on Saturday, July 13, a woman was at her bar with two men when they were pounced upon by Williams who brandished a firearm. He then opened fire hitting all three persons before escaping in the area.
