Marisko’s new soulful 13-track album, Marisko24, tells of the artiste’s journey.

Marisko, giving insight into his creative process with this work, said the album tracks “24 years of pain, hurt and brokenness until it took 24 hours and there was victory”.

Recorded live in Jamaica, the new album was mixed and mastered in the United States at Vocal Ink Production.

Released on November 25, 2022, Marisko24 was written and produced by Lynford McIntosh for McIntosh Entertainment and features executive production by Unchained Records USA.

With a distinctive production style that highlights Reggae Praise Jams, songs such as Hold On and  Time of Decision should get listeners in a soul-searching mood. The album also showcases traditional Caribbean folk, R&B and Dancehall beats.

“I am motivated by the grace and mercy I receive from God the Father, even when I fail in my Christian walk many times in the past. I am inspired by my family wanting to see the positive way of their husband, father, relative and friend.

The hope is  that all will seek salvation and make the commitment to walk in the will of God,” said Marisko.
