The Dallas Mavericks have officially moved on from Nico Harrison, naming Michael Finley and Matt Riccardi as co-interim general managers.

Harrison’s departure comes after the controversial trade that sent franchise superstar Luka Doncic to Los Angeles earlier this year and the team’s poor start to the 2025/2026 season.

The team has the second-worst win-loss record in the Western Conference at 3 and 8.
