Supreme Ventures Limited is advising of the name change and rebranding of its microcredit subsidiary, McKayla Financial Services, to Evolve Loan Co. Limited. 

The operations, leadership and structure of Evolve Loan Co. remain unchanged. The rebranded company will continue to operate in compliance with all regulatory requirements and in accordance with all the conditions of its microcredit licence as granted by the Bank of Jamaica.

The Registrar of Companies has already approved the name change, which was effected on April 29, 2025.

Established in 2002, McKayla Financial Services Limited is a micro-financing company that offers individuals, businesses, and small companies stress-free loans with competitive rates. 

It has grown to include seven branches in St Ann’s Bay, Mandeville, Downtown Kingston, Portmore, Junction St Elizabeth, Constant Spring Road, and the Head Office located at 7 Lismore Avenue in Kingston.

In 2021, SVL acquired a 51% stake in the company, representing SVL’s diversification into a field outside its traditional lottery and gaming products and services.
