American rap star Megan Thee Stallion is denying allegations lodged by a former personal photographer, whose bombshell lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday (April 23) alleges sexual misconduct.

The complainant, Emilio Garcia, claimed that the Grammy-winning emcee had sexual intercourse with another woman next to him in a moving vehicle during a 2022 tour stop in the Spanish resort city of Ibiza.

Filing in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, a mentally distressed Garcia described working in a “hostile, abusive work environment”, according to local media reports.

“I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked,” Garcia reported to a news outlet “At kind of just… overall audacity to do this right, right beside me.”

Garcia alleges that the next day, Meg asked if he was present in the car the evening before. When he confirmed, the rapper reportedly told him, “Don’t ever discuss what you saw.”

Having worked with the ‘HISS‘ rapper between 2018 and 2023, Garcia would receive a flat monthly rate, however, after the trip, the rapper’s payments, “changed from a monthly flat rate,” according to the news report. Garcia allegedly put on a “pay-per-task system” plan where he was also allegedly expected to submit invoices for “each” task under the new arrangement.

He also claimed that Megan took issue with his weight, calling him “fat” and telling him to “spit [his] food out.”

The suit filing suggests that Garcia “grapples with mounting anxiety, depression, and physical distress stemming from the toxic work environment, compounded by the trauma of unpaid work,”

For his part, Alex Spiro, attorney representing Megan the Stallion, told Page Six that no sexual harassment suit was filed and chalked up the incident to a ‘desperate money grab’.

“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court,” he insisted.
