Chairman of the National Commercial Bank Financial Group (NCBFG), Michael Lee-Chin is taking a leave of absence, with immediate effect, from the boards of NCBFG, National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ), and Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL).
In a statement today (May 24), the company said that Lee-Chin’s leave will last three months. During that time, the company said he will tend to pressing business and personal matters.
Lead Independent Director of the group Professor Alvin Wint will take over the role of chairman of the NCBFG board during his absence.
The boards of NCBJ and GHL will continue to be led by their current chairman, Patrick Hylton.
