Quick-service restaurant chain Mother’s Food Group is expanding its distribution network through partnerships with petroleum service station managers Future Energy Source Company Limited (FESCO) and TotalEnergies.

While noting that the collaborations are part of its strategic expansion plan for the Mother’s Express Brand, the company said that the prime locations of the stations, which serve as a hub of activity, highlight the group’s commitment to providing quality food that’s conveniently accessible across the island.

In March, a Mother’s Express outlet opened at the Total Gilmour service station at the corner of Washington Boulevard and Molynes Road in St Andrew. Another outlet will open at FESCO Beechwood Avenue, also in St Andrew, next month.

SEYMOUR…for Mother’s, it means reaching more customers, enhancing our brand presence, and fulfilling our vision of widespread accessibility

“The collaboration between Mother’s Food Group, FESCO and TotalEnergies is a testament to what can be achieved when businesses unite with a common goal,” Mother’s Group Managing Director Sheldon Seymour stated.

Fuel up and feast

By partnering with leading service station brands like FESCO and TotalEnergies, Mother’s will offer options from its diverse menu to a cross-section of Jamaicans on their daily commute. At the same time, Mother’s said it can provide wholesome meals that are accessible to customers without interrupting their routine with an extra stop.

“For FESCO and Total Energies, hosting a trusted food brand like Mother’s enhances their service offering, making their stations a one-stop destination for more than just fuel. For Mother’s, it means reaching more customers, enhancing our brand presence, and fulfilling our vision of widespread accessibility,” Seymour outlined.

More expansion

Mother’s Food Group has outlined an ambitious plan to open multiple new locations within the year and has already identified additional service stations that it will add to its network of Mother’s Express outlets.

Senior general manager at Mother’s Food Group Marsha-Gaye Nelson said that the company will continue to uphold standards of quality, taste, and affordability with the roll-out of new locations.

“We are excited about the journey ahead and look forward to serving our customers in more locations, making it easier than ever to enjoy Mother’s comforting meals,” she said.

In March, the group launched the Mother’s Cafe in collaboration with the esteemed University Hospital of The West Indies. The outlet offered customers a diverse menu from the group’s Pimentos, Devon House Bakery, and Mother’s Restaurant establishments.
