Former member of parliament Jolyan Silvera, who is charged with the murder of his wife Melissa Silvera, was again remanded in custody when he appeared before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Thursday afternoon.
His attorney is expected to make a bail application on April 11, when he returns to court.
Similar to his preliminary hearing, media personnel were again barred from entering the courtroom by Justice Vinette Graham Allen.
It was previously reported that Melissa Silvera died peacefully in her sleep at her residence in Stony Hill.

However, a post-mortem later revealed three bullet fragments found in her body, indicating that she was the victim of a suspected murder.
Her husband, Jolyan Silvera, was arrested by local authorities following a thorough investigation that presented enough evidence to charge the former MP.
