Maitland is charged with the murder of Donaldson and preventing the lawful burial of a corpse.

The police report state that Donaldson went missing in July last year after she was last seen at Maitland’s apartment.

Based on evidence gathered, such as a bloody couch and CTV footage and more, the police have concluded that the 24-year-old social media personality was murdered, but her body has not been found.

Maitland has been in custody since his arrest on July 27, 2022.
