The Board of Directors of Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) Group has announced a name change for its Prime Sports (Jamaica) Limited subsidiary.

The subsidiary has been renamed Supreme Ventures Gaming Limited. The approval of the Registrar of Companies for a change of name was granted as at August 24, 2022.  

The operations, leadership, and structure of Supreme Ventures Gaming remain unchanged.

The SVL Group board reports that Supreme Ventures Gaming will continue to operate in compliance with all regulatory requirements and in accordance with all the conditions of its lottery licence as granted by the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission. 

Prime Sports is in the gaming and entertainment business and is headed by Xesus Johnston, who is the chief executive officer (CEO).
