
NCB Jamaica Limited, in partnership with Visa, revealed the winners of the highly anticipated ‘Tap for Gold’ campaign on Thursday (June 27).
The grand reveal of the winners took place at the Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen in Barbican, doubling as a truly immersive experience, replete with French culinary delights and cultural immersion.
“Today we proudly unveil the winner who has made this journey extraordinary,” said NCB’s product and portfolio officer, Kerry Nembhard-Stewart, “We believe in embracing and enriching lives through memorable experiences that’s why creating lasting memories for our customers remains at the heart of everything that we do.”

The grand prize is an all-expenses-paid trip for two to the Summer Olympic Games in Paris—a dream come true for any sports enthusiast, was won by Alvin Clarke. In addition, another lucky winner, Javar Kerr received a luxurious trip for two to the renowned Sandals Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Though Clarke was saddened that his wife would not be able to get the time off work to accompany him to the Olympics games, Kerr was all smiles next to his fiance who was by his side, elated to be getting an all-expenses vacation with her partner.
The ‘Tap for Gold’ campaign has generated considerable excitement among NCB customers, who have been eagerly tapping their Visa cards in hopes of securing one of the coveted prizes.

Kenesha Thomas, client and consumer marketing manager (English and Dutch Caribbean) at Visa International, highlighted the significance of the campaign and the continued partnership between Visa and NCB. Nembhard-Stewart, expertly spoke on NCB’s mandate of giving back as a corporate citizen, while simultaneously encouraging the populace to use their services.
Nembhard -Steward, during the handover address, said: “The NCB Visa ‘Tap for Gold’ created a unique opportunity for our customers offering them a chance to be a part of teh global celebration of unity and the spirit of competition at the Olympic games in Paris 2024.”

Attendees were treated to a multifaceted experience at the Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen.
The event was designed to offer a taste of Parisian culture, with a focus on the food, fun, and ambience of France’s vibrant capital. Participants had the opportunity to learn how to create exquisite French dishes, such as French toast by chef Andre Sewell. Expert linguist Dr Kamille Goulbourne even gave attendees a little French lesson.
