National Commercial Bank (NCB), Jamaica’s largest banking group has announced organisational changes, which will see its Corporate, Commercial and Consumer Banking Division split into two business divisions effective Monday (April 12).
The two divisions are the Corporate and Commercial Banking Division, which will be headed by NCB Senior General Manager, Brian Boothe, who headed the former Corporate, Commercial and Consumer Banking Division and Sheree Martin, who will head the Retail Banking Division.
Boothe primary responsibilities in the new Corporate and Commercial Banking Division will include oversight of the teams responsible for the bank’s corporate and commercial customers, collections and enterprise underwriting.
Martin, who returned to the bank last year as General Manager, Customer Experience and Organizational Health, will have as among her new responsibilities, as head of the Retail Banking Division, oversight of the consumer banking portfolio, small and medium enterprise clients and customer experience.
NCB says the Organizational Health portfolio, which was previously occupied by Martin, who served for 12 years at NCB before leaving in 2013, will be managed by Group HR and Facilities Division.
