It was a glorious Sunday afternoon at the Clubhouse Brewery on Constant Spring Road, Kingston, which saw folk turning up for NCB’s ‘Bonding Over Brew’, a chilled soiree celebrating fathers and the values that shape them.

NCB’s executives and personnel were gracious and welcoming. It was a nice way to spend the Sunday afternoon, good company, some drinks, and sumptuous food.

Fatherhood is now more important than ever as children need guidance, and the family is the first agent of socialisation.

There are far too many absentee fathers, and then we wonder how so many children lose their way and don’t have anyone to depend on.

Kudos to NCB for bringing fathers together and celebrating them.
