Customers of the National Commercial Bank (NCB), particularly in the Kingston, St Andrew and St Catherine regions, are advised of disruptions in ABM services.

This comes after an attack on a Beryllium Limited security truck in Albion St Thomas on Saturday (April 29), resulting in reduced operations.

A security guard was wounded during the attack. This recent event adds to a series of targeted attacks on the security company.

In a social media post on Sunday (April 30), NCB advised customers to plan accordingly and consider alternative banking options such as online and mobile banking services, or using their NCB debit cards at NCB point-of-sale machines across the island.

“We also urge our customers to exercise caution and remain vigilant during this time. If you notice any suspicious activity or have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately, ” NCB said.

NCB said that it is working diligently to minimize the impact on its customers.
